Ivy’s Solarpunk research project
My PhD research aims to investigate the phenomenon of Solarpunk as an emerging movement of the Anthropocene. It seeks to uncover in what ways Solarpunk represents a movement and how it interacts with other movements and locally grounded projects that align with its principles and seek collaborative and creative responses to climate change and social injustice. The project involves online and offline ethnography encompassing participant observation and interviews.
I will be updating this website as the project develops. This will include updates on research findings, and other interesting resources and things I find along the way that seem relevant.
